Editorial record

Review notes and source uncertainties

Numbers in circles identify the original parts and details. Square brackets are editorial markers, not original drawing text.

  • Sheet 1 — bearing designation: NSK 60/22 is readable, but the final handwritten character is ambiguous. Both bearing notes and parts-list entries 3 and 4 use NSK 60/22[?]. No replacement bearing code has been inferred.
  • Sheet 1 — marks beside part 8: very small marks beside the circled chain part number cannot confidently be identified as lettering or scan artefacts. They have not been interpreted or substituted.
  • Sheet 3 — sheet number: the source edge clips the sheet-number lettering. The visible leading 3 is retained with [clipped]. “Sheet 3 of 3” in the page navigation identifies this page’s position in the three-page source, rather than reconstructing missing letters.

Resolved on close inspection: the small vertical dimension in Sheet 2’s Section A–A and the lower dimension in Sheet 3’s Detail A (spacers) both read 11. The small horizontal dimension in Sheet 2’s Detail 2 reads 2.

About the linework: the mechanical views, leaders, chains, fasteners, breaks and section geometry follow the source marks directly. The sheets have been straightened; page borders, title blocks, part circles and the parts table are redrawn. Lettering is typeset with system fonts. Minor irregularities in the original mechanical strokes are retained to avoid inventing geometry. Dimensions and technical relationships have not been recalculated or “corrected.”

Use of this edition: these are presentation drawings for reading, not dimension-derived or certified CAD models. The original PDF remains the authoritative record.
